Booking and invoicing will be managed by Mosaic Party & Event Design.
We will walk you through a simple Booking Form to capture all the details needed to begin your adventure, and provide you with a Service Agreement and Invoice. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon signature of the agreement, with the remaining balance payable 30 days prior to your wedding date. This will ensure you are booked and scheduled for all the services outlined in the package, and let you focus on what really matters – the vows.
You may be asked to sign a separate contract from Red Door Photographic – outlining photography agreements. Photo package upgrades (such as prints or services not outlined in your elopement package) may incur additional billing – otherwise you will receive just one all-inclusive invoice for your private elopement that will support all the inclusions, services, vendors, and offers we outline in your agreement.
